We are always available to customers to answer their questions (technical problem, regulation of the hotel, visiting tourist sites, for example). You understand that we tried to satisfy as many of our residents. In addition, during your stay, we received also a family with one of their children had a great fear of dogs. This restriction obviously is removed when we serve breakfast outside. Indeed, when our dining room is full, we ask the owner of the dogs to leave their pets outside. We are surprised at your review of our hotel which is the result of a misunderstanding that should have been resolved during your stay and not a few weeks later after your departure. Unfortunately, we learn your disappointment a few weeks after your departure. We understand that customers are disappointed during their stay for any reason but know that most of small problems can be fixed quickly if the customer notifies the hotel owners. Some of them expressed their satisfaction via Tripadvisor and we thank them for their encouragement. In the vast majority of cases, clients are very happy with their stay at La Ferme Lamy. We don’t agree when you mentioned that our breakfast is poor. About the breakfast our guests have at their disposal : Fresh fruit salad, bread, walnut bread, croissants, brioche, selection of jams, butter, freshly squeezed orange juice, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, hot and cold milk, ham, smoked ham, cheese, Cornflakes, muesli, natural yoghurt or fruit yogurt ….) The vast majority of our guests really appreciate our breakfast In addition, the buffet is always provided throughout the breakfast. Our guest don't have to buy them at the supermarket. If by any chance, there is a lack of soap, shampoo or something else, we provide them on request at the reception. Regularly, we provide in the bathrooms soap and shampoo, enough for at least 2 persons. We disagree, of course, your opinion when you announce that the blanket was very dirty. The rooms, the sheets and blankets are regularly checked and cleaned by our maids. We have, always welcomed you with great courtesy during your stay.
